He conducts one-on-one coaching for senior executives at Citi Private Bank, ASML and Lime Tree Investment, and provides consulting to HR directors, department heads and general managers — diagnosing, analysing and developing customised programmes around real business outcomes.
Satisfied clients of these customised programmes include AECOM, ASML, ATAL, Bayer, Citigroup, Citi Private Bank, Citi Consumer Bank, Crown Relocation, English Town, MOL Liners, Lime Tree Investment, Pernod Ricard, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Wall Street Institute and the YMCA HK.
Daniel trained Crown Relocation's Regional Corporate Sales and Service Managers and their clients in presentation skills and cross-cultural communication — flown to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand and Singapore.
He is frequently invited as presenter and moderator for corporate occasions, and has handled a wide range of media events both locally and abroad — TV documentaries, radio interviews, product launches, press conferences and fashion shows.
A live on-air TV and radio presenter since 1993, Daniel has acquired a sharpened instinct to think on his feet and respond appropriately to whatever situation arises. His presentation services have been used in Toronto, Atlantic City, London, Manila, Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai and Kota Kinabalu.
In Hong Kong, clients include international companies such as Cathay Pacific, The Walt Disney Company, IBM, Nokia, Phillips Electronics, Reuters, Rockport Shoes, SAAB Automobiles and Taylor Made Golf. Local clients include Hong Kong corporate giants such as Hang Seng Bank, MTR Corporation and Sun Hung Kai Corporation.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Daniel's immersion in both Asian and Western societies makes him uniquely sensitive to the cultural nuances of both worlds.

On-Air Live Presenter & Program Officer
RTHK — The Hong Kong Government Radio Television Station
Hosted a Saturday afternoon live programme on RTHK Station 1, interviewed celebrities, key political and business figures including former Chief Executive Mr. Tung Chee-hwa, and presented a Government Meteorology TV documentary series filmed in the UK, China and the Philippines.
